I am not some huge faceless corporation – I’m just this guy with a little workshop in a small town in New Zealand – making money is far less important to me than people being happy – any queries, please get in touch
Everything here is made to order – which usually means it will be in the post within 1-2 days. Occasionally I run out of parts – and there is usually a 10 day turnaround before I can get more. If this happens I’ll try to put a notice on the site, but sales can be pretty volatile so sometimes I will run out without much warning
If there’s likely to be a delay, I will always let you know
Shipping times, and taxes
- Standard rate shipping from New Zealand usually takes between 5-10 days.
- Expedited shipping usually takes 2-5 days – this option is available, but is fairly expensive.
- Standard rate shipping is untracked.
- Tracked shipping is available, but is also fairly expensive.
Occasionally post will turn up late – usually about 1 in 50 packages… various countries have had specific issues with this in the past – namely Canada, Germany and Brazil.
You may need to pay import duty on more expensive items – this rate is set by your local customs department and is not payable at this end. If in doubt, check with your local customs department to see what the rate is likely to be

You will receive an automated email from paypal, and another from my site
In this email I will clarify anything that needs clarifying, and inform you of shipping dates and times.
If you don’t receive a confirmation email, let me know.
If you want to cancel for any reason, just let me know.
If a parcel doesn’t arrive…
If a parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 days… wait for a week, then let me know. I will offer a choice of a refund, or resend with tracked postage (payable by purchaser).
About 1/2 of the packages that are reported missing, do eventually turn up.
If you need to return an item for any reason, let me know – most of the time I will say “not to worry”. Postage is expensive, and I have to pay import duty on returned products… so it really isn’t worth sending anything back. I will generally refund/replace without expecting a return .
