If a package is late, please check confirmation emails for tracking information. Post from New Zealand usually takes 1-2 weeks get to the rest of the world... but there are sometimes delays... usually to do with customs, and Covid has created quite a lot of variability
Some countries have import duty - it isn't possible for me to know what this is in advance.
if anything arrives damaged, or is not what was expected I replace or refund.
